Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age
• Present a copy of a current negative TB or Chest X-ray
• A physical within the current year with no restrictions on lifting or bending
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Vaccination records
• Proof of seasonal flu shot (influenza)
